£200 non refundable Booking Deposit with Balance payable six weeks before arrival. 
A security deposit of £300 is also required with the balancing payment for Breakages / Excess Cleaning which will be refunded on leaving the Apartment as found. 

Changeover Day: Booking dates are flexible. 

Notes on prices: Linen and towels available at 20 euros per person payable locally.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100%  refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

Bellevue apartment 25 is available for rent in Summer and Winter. Morzine has many Summer and Winter sports activities including: skiing, snowboarding, mountaineering, trecking, horse riding, mountain biking, hang gliding, tennis, archery and many more.
