Whilst all due care has been taken to make the accommodation and its surroundings safe, we accept no liability for any accidents or personal injury to any party members whilst they are resident at the property.
The rental fees include the cost of water, heating and electricity.
The rental period is from Sunday to Sunday. Guests are welcome to arrive after 2pm on the first Sunday. Checkout time is at 10am on the last Sunday.
£200 non refundable Booking Deposit with the balance payable six weeks before arrival. A Security Deposit of £300 is also required with the balancing payment for Breakages / Excess Cleaning which will be refunded on leaving the Apartment as found.
On receipt of the cleared deposit funds, the booking will be confirmed. If the deposit funds are not cleared within this time, the booking will be cancelled and the property will become available for booking.
On cancellation of the booking more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, the rental party will not be required to pay the remainder of the rental fees. The full rental fees are not refundable should the booking be cancelled within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests
are responsible for taking out their own comprehensive
holiday insurance for themselves and their belongings.
